This week my nutrition was on point! I have been very good with logging my meals, staying within my calorie budget, and staying away from the cookies.
This was especially difficult because I had an unexpected snow day Friday morning. We only got a couple of inches of snow, but here in the south, that will easily close school and the stores will quickly run out of milk and bread.
It was way too cold and icy to run
So to avoid eating all the cookies in the house, I started off with lots of coffee in my favorite new cup!

And we played games – I am totally loving Pandemic by the way!
All in all, it was a pretty fund day!
My workouts could have definitely been better…it was pretty much a bummer of a week workout wise. School started back up after winter break and I definitely struggled getting back into my daily grind. I am happy to have gotten a couple of workouts in and look forward to being more consistent next week.
