30 Day Challenge – Move More In March!

Are you ready for the next 30 day challenge?  I am calling this one Move More In March and your challenge is to complete 150 minutes of planned activity each week in March.

150 minutes may seem like a lot but its only 30 minutes, five times a week!  We can all do that…right?

I don’t know about you, but I am certainly enjoying having temperatures back in the 60s.  I love walking around the neighborhood, watching all of the bulbs pop up and the buttercups start to bloom.  I am still trying to identify all of the flowers in my yard.  Anyone know what this is?


So get your family out the door and go for a walk or a hike and before you know it, the Move More In March 30 day challenge will be a piece of cake!
