The holiday season has arrived and with it will soon come holiday parties, cookies, candy, cakes….and the list goes on!
As a way of being mindful of what I put in my body and to keep myself in check, I am hosting Recipe A Day (RAD) December! Every day in December I am going to post a healthy recipe. My brain is buzzing with different ideas but I also take requests! Are there any types of recipes you would like to see?
